SEVEN AXIS MUNDI

In the name of the fire,
And of the sky
And the earth and sea.

Was now (ever)
and ever (now) shall be
world without end,
Amen.

Belly
seven oceans
bumper humans.
push against opposing
motions,
away and toward
polarities.

Eyes-
aurora.
look through glass
into coronas,
heavens-
seven auras
rainbow.

Feet
bare on
wet grass
or concrete
scrape against
a leg, a cricket
Walter Piston #1

Sacral
sins and virtues
sacraments
secrets
the science
of fluids
in motion

Forehead
triangles
magic numbers.
Crowns,
Watchers, and Angels
chant the names of god
Father/Mother.

The sound, of breath
honey, and teeth
connect, convince,
co-conspire,
boa throat
open toward
each other.

Heart-
all muscle and whirl.
still in the presence
of love,
Beloved,
between
claps.

101 SHOUTS

War.
I announce Habiru-the ram in sheep’s clothing.
Slave
king
wanderer.
Breath
drawn,
sing upon the walls of Jericho.
War

Son.
Sisera – he fell, where he bowed, he fell down dead.
Under
stars
in their courses
weary,
sleep
betrays a mother calling for her son.
Son.

Now.
Search yourself – remember God who created you.
Breath
air.
Tree of life.
Breathe
breath.
Wake and rise, you are in a deep sleep.
Now.
